- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been 3 times in the last few months for different reasons. There has been a bit of a wait each time but have found the staff to be compassionate and helpful. I appreciate them. I tried to call the phone number listed. I guess it is for the Main US SS office because the wait time was 1 hour. I spend that much time trying to find answers to my questions online so I find it simpler to go to this office for help. They are very helpful and kind.By Fran Randall, March 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible business practices. Their hours claim they are opened until 4 pm. I was here at 3:40, and they looked to have been closed for a while as all front lights were off.
