  Every time. One teller on the line, 10 minute wait minimum. Bank of America, you're showing us that you not only don't care about the service you provide to your customer but you also don't care about the safety of your tellers. Having one teller on the line leaves you vulernable to robberies and lack of identification of said potential criminal. Have some courtesy for your customers and respect for the safety of your associates.

  HORRIBLE customer service! No one answers the phone at this branch. They can't keep appointments on time, and no one seems to know what is going on. They don't seem to care either....

  Went in to get a form notarized was told there is only one notary on staff and she can not see me because she has an appointment on the way. I asked to speak with the manager waited for 5 minutes while watching the one notary laughing and chatting with her co-worker. Horrible service and lazy workers.

  Today I helped my partner Cindy Sherman take care of some banking. There were 12 people in line so I stood for her in line. There were only 2 tellers available. After about 25 minutes I had moved up 10 places. A young man walked up just as one teller finished and said "Sorry to cut in line" and quickly stepped up to the teller. Instead of telling him to get in line like everyone else, they processed his transaction. As far as I concerned this is terrible customer service.
