- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They were rude. We came in to change my name on my cards to match my license to be able to rent a car because they have to match, they told me I could sign up for an appointment next week. As I told them my husband is a wildland Hotshot and will be sent to the next fire Monday. So we needed to do it today. No compromise or help. They are a-holes. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I feel like everytime I got there the atm isn't working and they only have 2 tellers. If I want to do any banking, better plan for a long wait. Other day I waited in line for 40 min. The line was out the door and the entire system went down. I hate using this bank. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very Unhelpful and Rude! I use to cash my check here everynow and then with my old job, and the charge way to much just to cash a check,i recently went there a few days ago after my 12hr shift,3pm to 3am,slept in my truck to wait for the bank to open because i love 90miles away n wasnt sure where else i could cash a BofA check. Got there and was totally shut down just because i had a temp paper ID which isnt my fault DMV dnt print them out anymore n sends in the mail,i also had my SS,health ins. Card.my voter reg id. And several other cards that have my full name on it, the so called manager just said NO we cant help you. So i left n called Wells Fargo,re opened my checking n saving in less than 20 mins cashed my check got a temp debit cards got my $ gassed up and made it home one time to pick up my 18 mnth old daughter. I will never recommend this bank n will never use there services ever again. The $7 cash checking fee is already ridiculous,but tht was the last straw.if wells fargo can work with a temp ID,you guys need to work on accepting it,espcially if its not incontrolable,dvm stopped printing IDs.By andrieliane nez, October 28, 2016
