- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They did a great job in getting the paperwork done. They made it easy. But there is more to refinancing a loan. Within three months my loan has been sold twice and I can't keep up with setting up and undoing the direct deposit forms. Most lenders require a waiting period before the loan is sold and resold.
