- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆At first this seems like a great office with helpful agents who are sweet and friendly, then after several months you realize there is no organization at all. I cannot count the times that my wife and I had to phone in and find out about a payment or information that was processed incorrectly; such as being over-charged, not sending through important paperwork, and not making changes to the account. They have a tendency to blame everything on the 'home office' (corporate state farm) but I have been with different agents at State Farm since I could drive and everything had always been quick and efficient. Just tired of this mess, switching agents as soon as possible.By Matthew Bromley, June 22, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There is paper work that litters the desks and floors. There seems to be no organization at all. The agents are rude and and unhelpful. There are children that run around the office screaming. This is the most unprofessional environment that I've experience. One of the agents got in my face and called me a punk after I've had policies with them for over five year. Talk about customer loyalty. I will never go back to this place. It is absolutely awful. Their agents are as run down as the building they are in. Go to one of the many other State Farm Agencies in Flagstaff. I plan to make the trip tomorrow.
