- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in asked for an advanced and the lady doin my taxes said no they were done with it we had called previously and was told they were so when I got home I called the corporate office and they also told me they were doin the advances for another couple weeks... I was very upset because I had filed and this lady I was with had no idea what she was doin nor did she even bother to ask if they were still doin the advances... I called corporate and made a complaint and then within a few hrs I got a call from the manager of the place which was also very rude and she told me to come back in and that she put a stop to it come to find out all it was just a check box this lady had to click on... annoyed to the max with this place will not go back that's for sure...By Roy Wilkins, June 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called the day before the guy tells me they are open 10-4 pm the next day I walk in the lady behind the desk (with an attitude) said she was close I have been coming here for 10 years never had I experienced anything like this just the whole time I was there she was on her phone even mentions she has 3 things going on at the same time. Worried she might have made a mistake because I wasn't expecting to get that amount, I politely take my W2 and will be going else where.By Jamie Yolanda, May 07, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst service ever the guy trying to do my return had no idea what he was doing...He spelled my name wrong and entered my business name wrong and when i corrected him he looked confused and asked if i he should change it....Then he proceded to answer every question himself and proclaimed we are done and asked me to sign. I grabbed my stuff and went to a competitor which got me almost $2000 more than what the clown at jackson hewitt showed when he was done. The manager apologized and offered to fix everything then never called back.....btw the guys name was levingston run if you draw his name.By Ken Morean, December 13, 2016
