- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As i walked in i was greeted by a young lady and a very thin gentleman holding a half smoken cigarette and a lighter. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and respectful. The gentleman on the other hand was not at all. I could tell right away that I interrupted his smoke break. He then proceeded to huff n puff saying "only 5 more hours and I guess I'll help you."as he stormed off ahead of me. During the 15 to 20 minutes I was at his desk he did not look at me and barely acknowledged I was there, all while he was huffing and puffing. I was very uncomfortable from the second I walked in which is the reason I did not end up paying the rude gentleman to do my taxes and I probably won't in the years to come.By Karissa Russell, August 06, 2017
