- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I hired David Bednar to represent me due to reviews I found online and he sounded ready to take on my case. He acted as though there was a lot we could do. Then when push came to shove he wanted me to sign the first please agreement he showed up with. He acted indignant that I wanted something better. He wanted his pay check with out doing work. It seemed as though he usually representships people who just do whatever he says. The deal he got me wasn't great. My probation officers were shocked I was even on probation after reviewing my case. I would be careful with Mr. Bednar, he is a lawyer and is shiesty as they normally are. My experience with Mr. Bednar was not the worst I have ever had with an attorney but his performance was mediocre at best.By Anon User, January 14, 2017
