  Normally I do not like to share negative experiences of any Flagstaff establishment as everyone can have a bad day and it isn't always a reflection of the organization. I will however say that my experience at the Flagstaff DMV was less than optimal. I went to the DMV on Milton last week. Once my number was called to be seen, I was pleasant and asked how the clerk was doing that day. There was a general unfriendliness by the clerk despite my overall pleasant demeanor. Normally I avoid the DMV on Milton and goto the 3rd party DMV by the mall. I wasn't impressed by the Milton DMV and will go to the 3rd party DMV by the Mall even if they charge a premium. It is worth it to pay a premium and goto the 3d party DMV and be treated well.

  That tall lady Christina is a jerk!! She won't let u.s. citizens get driver's licenses. She is big jerk. Other lady was nice but made mistakes. My birth date was wrong my social security number matched all my stuff matched. She still acts like a hard a$$. Another dmv fixed my problem with no problems. That department is horrible . Horrible service rude employees. Rude staff. Everyone in front passed me on..than that tall mannish lady was rude and refused to serve me cuz I'm white. What a jerk. She should be fired. Rude . Everyone in town says she is a b!tch. She is rude and unproffesional. Drive to Phoenix for your needs or go to ball bonds place. This establishment is Fradulent !! They should be arrested for not following USA laws!! They are frauds. If they don't like you. No license for you. License nazis!! Communist scum!!. The Mexican lady there too is rude . Needs her attitude changed. She is horrible . What a horrible place !! They should be arrested for what they do. Gave me a fake i.d. !!! I'm so mad !! They refused to fix it too!! Loosers! Worst dmv in USA !! I been to them all over hundreds of them. This one they should all go to jail they brake the law and don't listen to rules. They screw over USA citizens. This place should be shut down!!! I have proof of what they do !!

  Took my 15 yr old there today to get his permit and the lady failed his eye exam saying I needed to take him to the eye doctor, got him in today and spent 60.00 to be told he has 20/20 vision! She pissed on my sons day! Waisted our time and cost me more money than I needed to spend!
